All tickets sold online are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• After entering your credit card info your e-ticket will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.
• Or you may pick up your tickets at the Aquarium's ticketing center. Go straight into the Ticketing Center where your tickets will be waiting for you in the "will call" section (the first counter in the Aquarium's ticketing center).
  
• Become a Tennessee Aquarium Member and get express entry and unlimited Aquarium visits all year long, plus discounts on IMAX movies and Gift Shop purchases.
• If there are more than nine adults and nine children in your party, contact the Group Sales Department or call 800-262-0695 for discounts and reservations.
• There's a $1 per Aquarium ticket surcharge and a $1 per order handling fee for online tickets. All credit card info is submitted via a secure server.
• "Off-line" tickets may be purchased at either the Aquarium ticketing center or IMAX Theater box office. To purchase tickets by phone, call 800-262-0695.
