Please be patient.  Please understand that we are assisting many people at once.  For faster registration, register online. You may be temporarily placed on a hold page before continuing to the registration site. Stay on the hold page until you are transferred to the registration site or you will lose your place in line.

If you have problems during registration, please call the Summer Camp Hotline at (423) 785-4176 and we will be happy to help.  
If a camp session has filled, we encourage you to get on our wait list. You can put your name on more than one wait list and there is no charge. We will let you know when a spot becomes available.

Follow these 3 steps to register for Tennessee Aquarium Summer Camp

1. Choose your camp
Spaces are limited!  Registration is limited to one session per child. Camp activities are developed for specific age groups. Children must be the correct age for the camp they are registered for. Please see the camp ages and short description to your right and click on the link for detailed camp descriptions. Match the session number to the dates on the calendar.

2. Register

Renew your membership now to be ready for early registration!

Register your camper by clicking the Register Now button below after registration begins. You will need the following information during registration:

  • Aquarium membership and credit card numbers.  Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover.
  • Your email address and contact phone numbers.
  • Camper’s information such as mailing address, date of birth, and t-shirt size.

If you cannot register online, please call (423) 785-4176 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. after registration begins. Please be patient as out lines will be very busy.

You will NOT be able to switch camps, sessions or cancel registrations online. To do this you will need to call our Summer Camp Hotline. Cancellations made more than three weeks prior to the camp start date are eligible for a refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee for each camp session being cancelled.  Refunds are not offered for cancellations made with less than three weeks notice except in the case of doctor-documented illness.

3. Complete the post-registration forms
After you register, you will need to complete and submit the Medical Information Form and the Behavior Contract.  These forms need to be completed  within 3 weeks after registration. You may use your online account to fill out the required camp forms or you may print them out by following the links above and then mail or fax them to:

Additional camp waivers for Polliwogs, Bullfrogs and Eco-Explorers will be included as links in your confirmation e-mail and are also listed below.  These forms must be mailed in or faxed to us within 3 weeks after you register for camp and cannot be completed online.

In May, registered campers will be mailed a packet with summer camp program information, schedules, parking instructions and additional information to the mailing address you entered during registration.
